Efneo produces Planetary Gearboxes for Bikes, which are meant to be an alternative to classical derailleur gears. The GTRO provides quicker and easier gear changing, not only during movement but also during a standstill similar to a car. It also foregoes a lot of the drawbacks of a front derailleur like chain-dropping or the need for frequent lubrication.
